Orders

To make a purchase on www.atonecph.com you need a valid credit card that we accept. Upon ordering, you provide personal information and payment details. It emphasizes that the order becomes binding only after clicking “Confirm Order” and receiving an order confirmation. The confirmation includes essential details like order number, name, address, delivery info, payment method, ordered items, and total price.

The document mentions Atone’s ability to modify prices and reserve the right for misprints or sold-out items. Prices are in DKK, inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery costs.

Orders are placed on the webshop but become binding only after receiving an order confirmation from Atone. A preliminary confirmation is sent via email, and the order processes within 2-3 business days. Atone operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delays due to stock availability are communicated promptly. After shipping, a final confirmation with tracking information is emailed.

When paying with Mastercard Debit, the total amount will be reserved in accordance with the terms outlined by your card issuer until we either accept or decline payment.

EU and Outside EU orders

If you order from a country that is part of the European Union, prices include Danish VAT at 25%. For all countries outside the EU, local charges such as import duties and/or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your expense, and we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

Once your goods leave our warehouse to be delivered, your payment will be debited on the selected payment service.

The delivery price is indicated on your order together with the total price, just as the price also appears on the order confirmation.

Cancellation of order

Once you have received the order confirmation, please contact us immediately if you believe it contains errors or inconsistencies. What is stated in the order confirmation applies, unless you object immediately after receiving the order confirmation, as Atone will in most cases pack and send the products immediately after sending the order confirmation.

Warranty

According to the Danish Sales Act, there is a 2-year right to complaint about products. Claims apply to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

Claims must be notified to Atone ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, one month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
Please send an email to support@atonecph.com with an explanation of the problem as well as a picture of the defect. We will hereafter advice the next steps.

 The claim does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

 Atone ApS will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept parcels sent as cash on delivery.

You can also use the European Commission’s online complaint portal when filing a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer domiciled in another EU country. Shipping and return

Shipping

Your order is delivered 1-3 business days after placing your order if all items are in stock, for orders with delivery in Denmark. For orders in other EU countries delivery time is expected to be 3-7 business days.

We offer the following forms of delivery:

Returns

When you shop online at www.atonecph.com  you have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This means that the shoes and shoebox must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@atonecph.com stating the return reason.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For returns, please note that the return shipping cost will not be reimbursed, which mean the we will refund the price you paid for your item, deducted the return shipping cost, back to your original payment method.

The return and refund handling is approximately 3-5 working days after receiving at our warehouse.

Please note: to exchange an item, you will have to return the item and order a new one online.

Please remember, as a customer you are responsible for the return until we have received and registered it. Make sure, always to save your delivery receipt. It may take up to 14 days for a return to arrive and be handled at our warehouse.

Please note that it is not possible to make changes to your order after you have confirmed it. Our system automatically sends your order through to packing and shipment in order to ensure that you receive your new products the fastest way possible.

Right of Withdrawal (Applies to EU Consumers Only)

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

In the case of multiple items ordered in one order but delivered separately (i.e., separate deliveries), the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last item.

In the case of goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by an unequivocal statement via email to support@atonecph.com

The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this agreement to us. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We recommend that you keep the postal receipt as evidence of having returned the package to the post/transporter. Please note that the customer will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
